Snuffle Mats are going down a storm !

Jo Wareing

Afternoon All,

After recently launching my snuffle mats, they are going down a storm here on my website and also at my events.

I met Lexie a few weeks ago, she has recently been rehomed, and her new mum treated her to one of my snuffle mats. Here she is having fun retrieving treats from her snuffle mat and looking beautiful in her liberty collar.

For those of you who have not heard of snuffle mats before, hide dry treats in-between the fleece, and let your dog snuffle to find them. Also can be used with cat nip for cats.. mine just love them.

I recently spoke to a local dog trainer about the snuffle mats, as many of you had mentioned that your pups are destructive and the mats might not last long. His opinion was that with supervised play for no longer than 10 minutes at a time, your pups should have fun without destroying the mats. Once play is over, take away the mat until the next time.

Meet the Maker !

Back in June I set up shop for the day at The Emporium in Wellingborough, where I have my dog collections for sale.

It was great to do live demo’s on how I make my dog collars, and get to chat to customers visiting the shop about my products 🐾

Meeting The Dog Father !

We had a great time at the Grandborough Country Fair at the weekend!

The fair was opened by Graeme Hall AKA The Dog Father. Fresh from recording his new Channel 5 TV series - Dogs Behaving Badly.

What a pleasant guy he was too.. taking time to speak to lots of dog owners, giving training tips.

Whilst admiring Betsy, a gorgeous spaniel, he mistook one of our matching lead and collar sets with another top selling dog brand ! Now theres a great compliment :)

He stopped by Jo’s Dog Boutique during the dog show. Leaving great compliments on our tweed collars and leads :)
